This form is to sign up for a seasonal listing, at a cost of $50/year. Purchasing a listing sets up yearly, recurring Paypal payments that you may cancel at any time. A cancellation will result in your listing being removed at the end of the yearly payment period. Please fill it out; the optional parts are marked, everything else is required information. You will pay on the next page.

Accepted file types: jpg, png, bmp, pdf, jpeg, Max. file size: 128 MB.

Do not use a small image because it will get fuzzy. At least 300x300
